Brödernas.
Brödernas was founded in 2017 by the brothers Joakim and Jonas Wiklander. In early 2019, the brothers Monir Kalgoum and Mika Zibanejad joined, and a successful Swedish expansion was initiated. The company is a premium casual dining and fast casual restaurant chain, targeting a broad public by serving high-quality smashed burgers, Neapolitan pizza and fresh salads in an inviting atmosphere with welcoming and service-oriented staff.
