Litorina sells Ocay, one of Sweden’s leading suppliers of office consumables, to AllOffice

Through the creation of Ocay, Litorina established one of the market leaders in Sweden within office consumables to small and mid-sized customers with a nationwide network of stores, field sales representatives, customer support and with a common online webstore.

Litorina now sells Ocay to AllOffice and through the merger, the combined group will reach additional scale and presence in the Swedish market. The new combined group will be one of Sweden’s largest suppliers within office consumables with a combined turnover of close to SEK 1 billion.
