Implema was founded in 1998 by Jörgen Aronsson and his three partners with the ambition to offer clients a fast, safe and cost-effective implementation of ERP software based on standardization. This has been well received by customers and Implema has expanded rapidly over the last 25 years. Since 2019, Implema has grown by c. 15% per year. Today the company has 180 employees and a turnover of more than SEK 300 million.

Finding the right partner that shared Implema’s people-centric values was an important factor in the selection process. The partnership with Implema is a result of Litorina’s focus within business services in general and IT-services more specifically.

Lars Wollung, will become new chairman of Implema and will bring extensive international industry experience, including eight years as CEO of IT consultant company Acando. He is also a former chairman of ERP software supplier IFS.
