SKT was founded in the late 1970’s. Since then, the company has shown strong organic growth and established a market leading position within pressure sewage systems and smaller pump stations in Sweden and through distributors also in Denmark, Norway and Finland. In 2011, the distributors in Norway and Finland were acquired, thereby creating a platform for further growth in the Nordic market.

“We are operating in a fast growing market where we have only just begun our expansion”, says Torbjörn Jansson, SKT’s CEO. “Through the acquisitions in Norway and Finland we are entering a new phase in our development, where we will develop SKT on a Nordic basis”.

“We have become owners in a well-run company with a market leading position in its niche in Sweden”, says Jörgen Ekberg, Partner at Litorina Capital Advisors AB, advisor to the fund Litorina IV. “Together with SKT’s management, we are highly committed to further developing SKT with a focus on growing the company’s operations in its existing markets.”
