The Company has prepared a prospectus in connection with the Offering which today has been approved by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Sw. Finansinspektionen) and published on the Company’s website. The first day of trading on Nasdaq First North Premier is expected to commence on 24 March 2021 subject to that customary requirements are fulfilled, including the distribution requirement.
