Clean Factory becomes part of Northclean

Clean Factory was founded in 1997 and focuses on private business cleaning and home cleaning, mainly in the Stockholm area. The company has a turnover of c. SEK 50 million and approximately 130 employees.

“Clean Factory is a well-managed company with a long history in the cleaning industry, with loyal customers serviced by dedicated and experienced employees. We strongly believe that the company will continue to develop positively, and we hope that, as new owners, we can contribute to this,” says Kristian Holmström, Northclean and new Chairman of the Board at Clean Factory.

The acquisition of Clean Factory complements Northclean’s other group companies well, strengthening mainly private business cleaning in the Stockholm region.
