Northclean expands its Nordic footprint through the acquisitions of Siskon Siivous in Finland and Forenede Service in Sweden

First entry into Finland through the acquisition of Siskon Siivous

Founded in 1994, Siskon Siivous has grown into one of Finland’s most reputable cleaning and facility service companies. With more than 1,300 employees, the company is recognized for its strong customer relationships, high service quality, and operational excellence.

For Northclean, this marks its first step into the Finnish market, expanding its Nordic presence and strengthening its platform for future growth.

Siskon Siivous will continue to operate as a stand-alone company within Northclean under its existing brand, maintaining its strong local presence and service excellence.

Strengthened position in Sweden through the acquisition of Forenede Service

Northclean has also entered into an agreement to acquire Forenede Service, a well-established family-owned company with over 60 years of experience in cleaning, workplace, and property services. The acquisition expands Northclean’s service offering and strengthens its presence across several regions in Sweden.

Forenede Service has until now been part of the Forenede Group, a family-owned company with roots in Denmark, which has built a strong presence in Sweden. With dedicated employees, the company delivers high-quality services to both private and public sector clients.

Forenede Service will continue to operate as an independent company within Northclean and, as part of the transaction, will undergo a rebranding and name change. In the short term, the focus will be on ensuring continuity for employees and customers during the transition phase, with a clear plan for separation from the previous owner that preserves Forenede Service’s strong service delivery, culture, and values.

With the acquisitions of Siskon Siivous and Forenede Service, Northclean now has a strong presence across Sweden and Finland and serves customers in both the private and public sectors.
