Litorina divests 7.9% of the shares and votes in Embellence Group

Litorina Coinvest 1 AB (“Litorina”) has entered into an agreement with Acervo AB (“Acervo”) to acquire 1,700,000 shares, corresponding to 7.9% of the shares and votes, in Embellence Group AB (publ) (“Embellence”). Post the divestment Litorina holds 14.8% in Embellence.

Acervo is an investment firm majority-owned by Peter Lindell and Carl Westerstad.
